These Terms of Service govern your use of tocterestobar.com (the "Site") and any related services provided by Tocteres Tobar LLC. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. The Site

The Site provides information about our restaurant, menu, hours, and reservation options. It is offered for informational use only and is not a contract for service.

2. Reservations

A reservation request submitted through the Site or by phone is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from a member of our staff. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule reservations at our discretion. Parties more than 15 minutes late may be asked to wait or rebook.

3. Cancellations & Large Parties

Parties of eight or more are asked to provide a credit card to hold the reservation. A fee of $25 per guest may be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking.

4. Pricing

Menu prices on the Site are illustrative and may change without notice. The price displayed on your receipt at the table is the price that applies.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, photography, logos, and design on the Site are the property of Tocteres Tobar LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the Site, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit unlawful content.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g., map providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about its accuracy or availability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clinton County, Michigan.
