- Your name, phone number, and email address when you submit a reservation request or contact form.
- The party size, date, and any notes (allergies, occasions, seating preferences) you choose to share.
- Billing details when you purchase a gift card by phone — processed by our payment partner and never stored on our servers.

- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamp) kept for up to 30 days for security and diagnostics.

3. How We Use Information
- To respond to reservation requests, event inquiries, and general questions.
- To confirm and manage your booking and to notify you of changes.
